With over 20 years working in accommodation and hospitality, I’ve seen what small properties need to compete, and what gets in the way.
I’ve worked across all types and sizes of property, from a 26-room boutique motel to a 286-room city hotel, and everything in between, including caravan parks. Reservations, revenue management, online distribution, conferences and events. I’ve worked across all of it, and I’m still active in the industry today.
That experience means when I work with your property, I’m not guessing. I know what a busy front desk looks like, I know how OTA listings affect your occupancy, and I know the small things that make a real difference to your guests and your bottom line.
